- ¿Cómo cancelo o cambio mi pedido?
Los pedidos en nuestro portal son de caracter mayorista esto significa que una vez realizado un pedido solo podra cancelar dentro de las 24 horas proximas o hasta la confirmacion del pedido por parte del productor, esto puede suceder segun la comunicación que haya mantenido con el productor, pudiendo dar curso al proceso de embalaje de los productos adquiridos, recuerde que por lo general y debido a que la gran mayoria de los productos son perecederos y requieren un tratamiento delicado los productores mantienen sus productos en frio controlado sin embalar, y al momento de la recepción del pedido es cuando se dispone al embalaje de los productos, no contemplando para esto ni el reembalaje ni guarda en frio de productos ya embalados.
